Netintelligence has announced the latest version 3.2 of it’s revolutionary internet and network security software released in December will be able to protect the Enterprise network from the rising, and very real, threat of the use of unauthorised removable drives such as USB memory sticks and Instant Messaging (IM) & Peer 2 Peer (P2P) applications.
Angus MacSween commented ‘the addition of these two core reporting and detection functions to the Netintelligence portfolio really does take us a step nearer to having the world’s first holistic network end point security product’
Netintelligence already provides detailed management information on e-mail management, virus protection, employee usage and monitoring and digital rights.
MacSween added, “We have focused our efforts on developing the Netintelligence product set to ensure that it is easy to use, wholly inclusive, produces relevant critical business information, and that it is future proofed. A pleasing trend for us, is that the marketplace is now beginning to awaken and accept what we have been saying for the past 2 years – it is essential for an organisation to secure it’s endpoints not simply it’s perimeter’.Subscribe to RSS Feed
