British Computing Society Annual Awards recognise Netintelligence

18th October 2006 · Press Releases

(Glasgow) Netintelligence has been named as a finalist in two categories of this year’s British Computing Society Information Management Awards.

The BCS Information Management Awards, now in their eleventh year, are the premier European recognition of excellence and innovation in the management of business information. They are a showcase for the success stories of organisations that have demonstrated the vision and business skills to implement highly successful projects utilizing leading-edge IT and business technologies.

Netintelligence has been nominated in both the Business to Consumer (B2C) Category & the overall Premier Award for its design and build of the Safekeeper Parental Control product for the American company Third Gear. Safekeeper was designed for the North American consumer market, and is the first all-in-one software program to incorporate the best parental controls available in one complete package. It is easy to install, easy to use, fully customizable, and works automatically – giving parents peace of mind.

Other companies nominated in the B2C category include: T-Mobile, Royal Bank of Scotland, Nationwide Building Society, Halfords and Companies House.

The winners of the awards will be announced at a gala dinner to be held at London’s Grosvenor House Hotel on Thursday 7th December.
